Fuzzy Robust Tracking for a Class of Nonlinear Systems-Application to the Chen's Chaotic Attractor

In this paper, tlic problcm of forcing a tiotilincar systcni to track a dcsircd rcfcrcncc in thc prcscncc of unccrtai~itics in thc systcni's parameter values is addrcsscd for a class of nonlincar systcms which can bc dcscribcd by a Takagi-Sugcno Fuzzy model. This approach is obtained by propcrly combining thc thcory of robust rcgulation and the Takagi-Sugcno modcling. By a suitable dcsign of local robust controllers for cacli linear subsystcrn, it is shown that thc aggrcgatcd controller guarantees asymptotic tracking cvcn in thc prcscnce of variations on thc paramctcrs of cach lincar subsystems and in thc rncmbcrship functions.
